Privacy

Your details, kept simple.

This is the short version of how we look after what you give us. Plain words, no small print.

Who we are

Beach Republic is a brand of Funlife Brands (Pty) Ltd, a South African company (registration 2026/751845/07). If you have a question about your details, email hello@beachrepublic.co.za.

What we collect

When you register your interest we ask for your first name and email address. You can also tell us your birth year, what you're keen on and your favourite beach. Those three are optional.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Beach Republic lands in South Africa and where to find it near you, and to help us decide what to make next. That's it. We don't sell your details, and we don't pass them to anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it sits

Your details are stored by our website host's form service and in our own mailbox. The host keeps its servers outside South Africa under its own security terms, and we keep a copy in our own files. Only the Beach Republic team sees it.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about the launch and the range. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@beachrepublic.co.za and we'll sort it out.
